Responsibilities
- Sales background in food or commercial products with 3+ years' experience, managing 50+ accounts.
- Responsible for $20+ million in sales revenue.
- Screening of all non-medical leads to determine who will manage the account.
- Existing Accounts:
- Implementation of all agreements.
- Renewal of existing agreements
- Review and approve quarter price increases margins determine necessary price increases.
- Review monthly/weekly volumes to determine any customer issue that impacts year end results.
- Provide an evaluation of customer issues and propose dose resolutions to the director.
- Analyzing data for the Director
- Seeking legal approval of various contracts
- Provide direct support to the Director regarding customer satisfaction and complaints.
- Regulations:
- Must be able to determine the applications of FDA regulations for the sterilization of food/ packaging/animal food/ pet treats/ protecting company liability.
- Market Activities:
- Regularly monitor the customer base to determine market trends.
- Monitor FDA recalls, FDA approvals, and FDA petitions.
- Provide industry intel to the Director.
- Back up sales support for when the Director is travelling or on vacation.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to share with the Director that will help improve results.
Required Qualifications
- 3-years+ knowledge of food/beverage/pet/packaging industries.
- Consistent results regarding increasing sales.
- Good presentation skills.
- Hands on and collaborative behavior
- Strong written management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Office package and data tools
- Undergraduate degree within a Business or Science-related field. Advanced degree preferred.
