Success in this position requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, all of which contribute to building lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates are self-driven, goal-oriented, and preferably hold an insurance license. Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospect and Network: Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, explain policy options, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Sales Execution: Present insurance products effectively, handle objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with policy renewals and claims.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Documentation and Compliance: Accurately complete all required documentation, maintain records, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to share leads, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain an insurance license by passing the state exam or already hold a valid insurance license in Illinois.
