About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring for a contract Account Representative role on behalf of our client. This role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and overseeing various account management tasks across different products and markets.
Job Description:
The Account Representative will provide comprehensive customer service and account management support. Responsibilities include maintaining vendor relations, managing quotes and contracts, resolving technical issues, and conducting strategic account reviews. The role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Oversee license procurement and maintain extensive product knowledge.
- Triage and resolve technical support escalations related to the client’s platforms.
- Conduct account reviews to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform detailed reporting and strategic planning for large-scale projects.
- Research and create new customer accounts, ensuring market penetration through trial setups.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a subscription-based or product licensing environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
Additional Details:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
