We are currently seeking an experienced Account Sales Manager, (Aftermarket Sales Representative) who will help grow our established forklift truck territory and expand our parts, service, rental and sales presence in the Allentown, PA market. The position requires a self-starter to further cultivate, expand, and support an established customer base through after-market sales of parts and service, while working closely with our equipment sales force and operations personnel in fulfilling demand.
The ideal candidate will have after-market sales experience, be mechanically inclined, possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute market strategy
- Attain and or maintain desired market position with assigned territory accounts
- Make necessary sales and support calls, presentations, and communication of issues between corporate, retail network and customer
- Increase aftermarket equipment sales and profits
- Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer problems, issues, and opportunities
- Call on current as well as potential customers
- Develop strategic plans and work with local management to ensure growth of assigned service accounts including rental customers
- Consistently deliver timely follow-up with customers, managers and staff making communication a top priority
- Customer service is a primary personal priority
- Results-driven
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in cold call sales is a plus
- Prior experience in parts sales is a plus
- Experience in material handling equipment sales is preferred
