Job Title: Accountant

Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key duties include overseeing accounts payable/receivable, performing general ledger reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits. The role also involves financial analysis, budgeting, and providing support in tax preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and perform variance analysis
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Support internal and external audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or commercial industries
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (Clients software is Yardi)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
