Accountant - Abacus Solution Group

One of our clients located in Baltimore is looking for a Temporary Accountant to assist with year-end. This is a 3-month temporary position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Grant processing.
• Assist with AP processing.
• ACH set-up for vendors.
• Coordinate annual 1099 preparation.
• Monthly credit card receipts.
• Assist with preparation for external audit.
• Ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor degree in accounting, preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within nonprofit industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables.
• Detailed-oriented.
