Rate: $38/hr on W2 (No C2C)
Manager Notes:
- 8 am start time, Overtime Mandatory During Financial Closing Periods
- Fully onsite
- Must have SAP experience

Job Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Accountant to join our team. This role is fully on-site and highly interactive, requiring daily access to the factory to participate in meetings, present performance data, and support the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manager with data analysis and performance reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide recommendations.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards.
- Help with the reporting for fixed assets.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries, ensuring alignment with reporting procedures and accuracy.
- Conduct reconciliation, data entry, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of cost analysis, reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with forklifts (no vehicle operation required).
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toe boots is mandatory.
