• Working within self-employed individuals, business owners and owners of real estate
• Preparation of tax returns, extensions, quarterly estimated tax payments
• Assist with creating and requesting checks and mailing federal and state estimated tax vouchers
• Processes electronic filing of tax returns
• Analysis of general ledgers
• Reviewing and responding to notices from the IRS and state agencies
• Direct client interaction

• Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
  • Master’s Degree highly preferred
  • Must be able to meet 150 credit requirement for CPA eligibility
• Knowledge of or previous experience working with:
  • ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus
  • Prosystem FX engagement, CCH Axcess, Microsoft office products, QuickBooks, Xero, also a plus
• Ideal candidate has between 2-4 years of experience working with public accounting firms
