Accounting Analyst at Beacon Hill

Our client, a prestigious law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an Accounting Analyst for a contract-to-hire addition to their top performing staff. This position is high visibility and offers room for advancement and growth. This is great opportunity to perform full scope of accounting duties as well as budgeting and financial analysis. The company offers a friendly work environment and excellent benefits upon conversion to a permanent employee.

Accounting Analyst

$28-38/hour + 1.5 OT ($62-80K salary when converts to perm)

hybrid - 3 days in the office (Philadelphia)

Duties:

• Perform Accounts Payable functions and cash reconciliations
• Assist with billing and AR managment - working directly with attorneys
• Month end close including accruals and journal entries
• Perform budgeting activities working with department heads and attorneys
• Monthly analysis of financial statements including variance analysis
• Special projects as assigned

Required:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Law firm experience a huge plus
