• Our client is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their finance team.
• The Accounting Analyst will collaborate closely with both Operations and Accounting teams across multiple business units.
• This role offers a four-day work week, choice of Monday's or Friday's off.

Overview of the Accounting Analyst role:

• Perform all duties necessary for a timely and accurate monthly close.
• Monthly financial reporting to Corporate Controller including year-end projections.
• Work closely with business unit Operations and Accounting teams.
• Work with management to prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgets.
• Monitoring of Business Unit cash flow performance.
• Monthly review of aging reports, escalating when needed.
• Filing of local and state sales and use taxes.
• Additional projects and analytics, as required.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experienced with cash flow management and budget analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
