Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:

• Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Support special projects and reporting, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
• Perform general clerical duties to support the Finance Department.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements of the Accounting Assistant:

• Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing preferred, but open to recent graduates seeking to enter the accounting/finance field.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• High degree of confidentiality and commitment to accuracy.
