Position Overview

As an Accounting Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our financial operations. This dynamic position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to driving efficiency and accuracy within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for our talented technicians.
• Generate detailed payroll reports for management review.
• Collaborate with managers on technician-related issues.
• Review invoices and payment receipts with precision.
• Manage accounts receivable and oversee collections.
• Handle customer credits, refunds, and inquiries efficiently.
• Assist with internal report preparation to support decision-making.
• Cover receptionist duties as needed, providing seamless support.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience/Education:

• Some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll/accounting experience, including accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or Service Titan software is a plus.

Compensation:

• Dependent on Experience (DOE)
