Our client in the commercial real estate industry is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant! This opportunity if perfect for new accounting graduates seeking real world experience. The Accounting Assistant will have the opportunity to build upon their existing skillset, make professional connections, and learn from experienced senior accountants.

Details:
Location: Nashville TN 37211 100% on-site
Schedule: Varies – likely to not exceed 30 hours a week
Projected Start Date: Tuesday 10/1/2024
Pay: $21.00 Hourly
Type: Temp Only, Open ended. (End Date TBD)

Tasks/Responsibilities:
Processing commercial rent: Checks and ACH
Converting Files into Yardi
Administrative Tasks
Assisting w/ any Accounting Related Tasks
Work alongside Property Management Accountant

System:
Yardi (plus)

Candidate Qualities and Skills:
Commercial Real Estate Experience (plus)
Associates or Bachelors in Accounting (highly desired)
Willing to learn
Team player
Good Attitude
