Accounting Clerk at Adecco USA

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our client’s team in Birmingham, AL. This role offers a flexible 4-hour/day schedule and the potential for long-term employment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• 3-5 years of recent accounting experience

• Sales tax experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field

• Experience with Avalara

• Prior accounting experience

• Strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bank reconciliations

• Accounts payable processing

• Data entry into Excel spreadsheets

• Sales tax processing using Avalara

• Filing and other general clerical duties

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
