We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk in the real estate/construction industry. This role requires a team player who is willing to assist in various accounting functions, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and document management. OVERVIEW OF THE ACCCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• Assist with data entry for accounting records
• Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Gather, organize, and maintain financial documents
• Collaborate with other team members to support day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounting tasks
• Perform general administrative duties related to the accounting department

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK :

• Previous experience in accounting or data entry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
