Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Clerk will support payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month end closing
- Accounting Clerk will be supporting DoD contracts
- Accounting Clerk will be responsible for timesheets (data entry into Costpoint)
- Accounting Clerk will ensure successful payroll upload into ADP
- Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable (entering vouchers)
- Accounting Clerk will assist with administrative office work (filing and scanning)
- Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements:
- US Citizenship required – role will be working with US Government related clients
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Comfortable utilizing MS Office Suite
- Previous ADP experience is a plus but NOT required
- Previous government contracting or Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus but NOT required
