Responsibilities of Accounting Clerk :
- Process payroll bi weekly for under 100 employees
- Tracking invoice payments, making bank deposits, and managing cash applications
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating payment arrangements
- Calculating billing amounts, and printing and mailing bills when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Non profit experience is a plus
- Intermediate excel skills- pivot tables and vlookups
- Great communications skills
- Eager to learn
