Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success. As an Accounting Clerk at iDrive Logistics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial record and assisting in various accounting functions. What you will be doing:
- Client Billing:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain billing records and follow up on any outstanding payments or discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable:
- Process and record vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Record and reconcile incoming payments from clients.
- Address client inquiries regarding invoices and payments
- Month-end Reconciliation:
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Excel Skills:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Previous experience in accounting or a related field is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with Netsuite
