Accounting Clerk (Temp to hire) ($25-$30/hour) - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Ledgent is partnering with a client in the southeast metro (South Saint Paul area) on an immediate Accounting Clerk position. Great opportunity for an AP or AR clerk looking to learn full-cycle accounting or an accounting clerk/bookkeeper who can come in and hit the ground running.

On-site during training and then ability to work hybrid (1-2x/week remote) AFTER training (MUST LIVE LOCALLY). $25-$30/hour.

Job Description:

• Review AP invoices for proper system entry
• Process weekly AP check runs
• Set up and maintain vendor files
• Daily processing of credit card payments and maintain receipts and reporting
• Daily remote bank deposits
• Assist in month-end closing
• Perform month end account reconciliations, write-offs, adjustments, and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in A/P, A/R or full-cycle accounting
• Comfortable working on site during training
• Works well in a team environment
