Our client, a prominent service organization in the Orlando market, is expanding its accounting and finance team and seeking a dedicated Accounting Coordinator. Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator:
- Credit Card and ACH Management: Oversee, manage, and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions.
- Vendor Payments and Expense Reports: Handle vendor and expense reports to ensure accurate processing.
- Vendor Communication: Act as the point of contact for vendors, converting vendors and managing payment workflows.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and the treasury team to ensure smooth operations.
- Month-End Close: Participate in month-end closing processes, including handling utility accruals and bill payments.
Preferred Experience for the Accounting Coordinator:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting coordination or reconciliation.
- Full-cycle accounting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
