About the Job
Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with Healthcare Service Organization to find their next Accounting Manager/Controller due to growth! This is a newly created position that will oversee the accounting for multiple companies for the organization. The position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance and will manage a staff of 4-5 Accountants. Client is seeking an Accounting leader with a strong background in multi entity/consolidated financials, 2+ years healthcare (clinic or hospital), 2+ years people management, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive revenue and expense analyses, creating visual aids such as charts and graphs to illustrate key relationships.
- Benchmark performance across various sectors and against industry standards.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with operational teams and executives to develop budgets, forecasts, and other financial strategies.
Expenditure Management:
- Utilize digital document management systems for efficient invoice processing.
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy in expense allocation.
Revenue Oversight:
- Monitor client account balances to ensure proper application of fees and interest.
- Ensure compliance with fee schedules as outlined in client service agreements.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel, with the ability to organize and present complex datasets effectively.
- Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting purposes.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare strongly desired.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of industry-specific terminology and practices.
