Accounting Manager/Controller - District Partners LLC

Position: Accounting Manager / Controller

Location: Tampa, FL

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus, 401k-4% match, potential for company ownership downstream

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Core Accounting Operations:
  • Oversee operational accounting responsibilities, bank reconciliations, journal entries
  • Handle month-end close and general ledger accuracy
  • Manage reporting and cash management
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting, system does a great job, just needs oversight
• ERP System Oversight:
  • Utilize SQL-based ERP systems (Pentagon 2000 experience is a plus).
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights to leadership for business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Strong background in accounting operations, AP/AR, and ERP data management.
• Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Ability to meet deadlines independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
