Accounting Manager at Judge Group

Location: Devon, PA
Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Accounting Manager. This is a permanent, direct hire, hybrid role in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain General Ledger for multiple entities (GAAP)
• Perform month/year-end close and reporting
• Reconcile monthly General Ledger accounts
• Analyze budget variances
• Handle cross-entity billing and accounting
• Develop and review internal control processes
• Liaise with external tax preparers and auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA preferred
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Proficient in financial data analysis and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  
• Excellent analytical skills; strong Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Experience with accounting software
• Independent judgment and initiative
• Project leadership and client communication skills
• Knowledge in process optimization and efficiency improvement.
