How you will make an impact 

• Manage all aspects of accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and revenue recognition . 

• Assists in maintaining Sage Intacct accounting software. 

• Collaborate with Management team on processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase revenue, and maximize profitability. 

• Oversee monthly accounting close process, including analysis of job cost and percentage of completion. 

• Maintain and enhance the system of internal controls. 

• Oversees accounting inventory values and procedures. 

• Responsible for cash flow reporting. 

• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 

• Maintain fixed assets records. 

• Manage ARMI Accounting Team  

• Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel on the Accounting Team. 

• Recommend continuous improvement ideas for accounting processes.  

• Participate in hiring and training of Accounting Team.   

• Other duties as assigned.  

What You Need to Succeed 

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or 5+ years proven working experience. 

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. 

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in financial reporting and business practices. 

• Ability to direct and supervise. 

• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
