POSITION DETAILS
The Accounting Manager is responsible for the Finance & IT functions. Produces financial reports and analyses and maintains a system of accounting records. Responsible for managing and reviewing accounting policies and procedures, as well as financial operations processes and duties including general ledger, account payables, account receivables, and cash management. The Accounting Manager is based out of our Johnstown Studio with flexibility for remote work options.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&Ls, year-end financial reporting, and balance sheet reporting
- Monitor compliance with all provisions of GAAP and create internal controls for effective financial policies and procedures
- Lead & execute internal audit initiatives
- Provide financial and business decision support to the Leadership Team
- Oversee Finance team on AP/AR and disbursement activities
- Oversee information technology systems and infrastructure
- Liaise with tax partner for prompt filing
- Lead, manage, and hold team accountable
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in accounting and AP/AR in a manufacturing environment, including 1+ years' leadership experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Inventory management experience required
- Experience supporting multiple subsidiaries preferred
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Travel to Killbuck Campus as needed by the business
