OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE:

• Analyze project cost information against quote details, confirm all costs are recorded in NetSuite, and identify projects to be reclassified from cost of sales to work in process monthly.
• Accounting Manager will transfer costs to fixed asset accounts in NetSuite, add assets to the fixed asset module, and generate monthly depreciation reports.
• Add monthly general ledger activity from foreign subsidiaries into NetSuite and complete the consolidation process.
• Accounting Manager will provide in-depth cost information and analysis not supplied by standard accounting systems to support strategic decision-making.
• Accounting Manager will assist the accounting department with tasks during high-volume periods throughout the year.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE:

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to submit to periodic drug, background, and clearance screenings (employment contingent upon favorable results)
