An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounting Manager with a dynamic and growing organization in the Saratoga area. This position plays a key role in managing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small accounting operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee general accounting activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accurate financial records.
• Partner closely with the leadership to provide insights, analysis, and support for strategic decision-making.
• Continuously improve internal processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in accounting operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or accounting operations.
• GAAP knowledge is essential.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is highly valued, but candidates with strong leadership potential will also be considered.
