CFS is leading a high priority search to identify an Accounting Manager for our client. (This is an onsite role in Wolcott, CT)

About the Company and Opportunity - Accounting Manager:

• $115,000 - $120,000 + 10% bonus
• This company has experienced double digit-growth in the last year
• Subsidiary of a leading publicly traded company – has more of a small company feel, but part of a leading global network
• The Controller is open due to an internal promotion
• 3 direct reports
• They manufacture the highest caliber product in their industry

Overview of the role – Accounting Manager:

• Responsible for the financial reporting package
• Strategic role working closely the Director of Finance
• Manage capital projects
• Overseeing the accounting team

Preferred Qualifications – Accounting Manager:

• BS, Accounting or Finance
• Strong leadership skills, prior experience managing a team
• Prior public accounting experience a plus
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
