OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE:

• Oversee the management and reporting of fixed assets.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Manage and track project cost accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and related reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on public accounting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fixed assets, general ledger, and project cost accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
