Accounting Payroll Specialist (Seattle, WA) - Aston Carter

Job Title: Accounting and Payroll Specialist Job Description Responsible for the preparation and disbursement of the monthly and semi-monthly payroll in a multi-state environment. Also responsible for assisting in month-end and year-end close and other financial accounting tasks. Will be working with payroll for 200 employees, including 35 hourly semi-monthly and 165 salary employees. Hard Skills + Deltex Experience + Review and approve timesheets + Paylocity, ADP or third party payroll services + Compile Payroll Data + Payroll Runs + Submit Payroll tax payments + Compensation Analysis + Insurance benefits, tax applications Job Type This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, WA and some days remote. Work Environment This position operates in a professional open office environment with low to moderate noise levels including collaborative work areas for team meetings. Each office provides collaborative work areas and shared resources such as video conferencing, printing/scanning, and a café for dining.
