Accounting Specialist
We’re seeking an Accounting Specialist to support a key distribution center in Greenville, Ohio, bridging daily operations with headquarters to ensure financial accuracy and clarity. This role will maintain comprehensive oversight of the financial health of the center, providing valuable reports on performance, cash flow, and financial position. You'll engage closely with the Distribution Center Manager and collaborate with the Finance Director, making a direct impact on our success and future growth in a vibrant, global environment.
Salary: $55k-$85k

- Transaction recording
- Financial reporting
- Record maintenance
- Compliance safeguarding
- Audit assistance
Function Requirements
- An associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as Accounting Specialist, Finance Assistant, or similar role for 5 years
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, ERP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus an understanding of financial principles and technologies.
