Responsibilities of Accounting Assistant:
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Creating and updating expense reports
- Processing reimbursement forms
- Assisting with donations- preparing paper work, using excel to track
- Prepare bank deposits
- Filing, answering calls, clerical work
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Associates degree in accounting required
- Basic excel skills
- Collaborative and can work independently
- Willingness to learn
