About the Company and Opportunity: Accounting Specialist - Part Time!
- Our client is a real estate developer in NW Portland looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team on a part-time basis.
- This role reports to the CFO of the company - he is a very strong leader/mentor and has developed many careers.

Overview of the role: Accounting Specialist - Part Time!
- Solid understanding of debits and credits
- Processing all accounts payable transactions for various projects
- Handling credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, intercompany billbacks, and journal entries
- Managing all banking reconciliations as well as balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial reporting - producing trial balances and GL details
- Ad hoc/special projects as directed by the CFO
Preferred Qualifications: Accounting Specialist - Part Time!
- Experience working with Sage 300 is a must!
- Prior roles in property management or construction are a plus!
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Ability to keep your head down and follow through on projects
- Good sense of humor!
