Accounting Specialist - Peppermill & Western Village

The Accounting Specialist is responsible in doing revenue audit functions as needed to assist with the daily duties of our Revenue audit team. Performs accounts receivable functions as needed to assist with our Accounts Receivable team. This position takes responsibility for an accounting function including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Inventory Control, or Title 31.

Duties:

• Complete accounting functions

• Perform revenue audit functions as needed

• Perform accounts receivable functions

• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required.

• Strong Customer Service Skills.

• Must possess good verbal communication skills, be personable and be able to relate well with employees and managers.

• Very Proficient with Excel, Word, and AS400.

• Ten keys by touch.

• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Must be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities in pressure situations.
