The position pays a competitive starting wage of $18.00--$30.00/hr, with a target of 10-20 hours per week. This position can be mostly remote, but always welcomed in our Eden Prairie office. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SPECIALIST

Our business volume has increased where one person can no longer be accountable for all accounting transactions. We are looking to split off the accounts payable accountability into this role. As an Accounts Payable/Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will work directly with the CFO and operations team to ensure accurate accounts payable entry, reporting & processing. You will utilize NetSuite and Bill.com and existing workflows to own the accounts payable function. Once you've mastered the accounts payable aspect of the role, you'll have the opportunity to play a critical role in the finance department to provide a positive impact to the business. You will primarily be communicating with internal stake-holders with occasional external communications with vendors for specific bill details. You are not expected to negotiate terms with vendors.

This role can be done primarily from home, but if you're looking for an in-office experience, we offer that as well! It's less about when/where the hours are worked and more about the results.

You are a detail-oriented and organized person. You have a positive, can-do attitude and always do all you can yourself, but are also efficient about escalating or rerouting more advanced issues. You are comfortable operating in an environment that does not have fully documented processes, but can understand what needs to get done, and get it done.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST / SALES ADMIN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience
• Experience with basic computer troubleshooting

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, 10-20 hours per week position. Most of the work can be done remotely, with an occasional trip required to the office. Most work can be done anytime, but ideally between 10am-2pm during normal business days.
