About the Job
Position Overview:
The primary function of this role is to support our inside and key account sales teams by setting up new customer locations, adding existing customer locations and updating customer information or service information as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Enter all invoices received from the field into Great Plains
- Ensure proper GL Coding and Approvals have been provided for each invoice
- Reconcile vendor statements upon receipt
- Manage and distribute AP Distribution email
- Ensure all leases, rent and utilities have been entered and paid for the month
- Make credit card of EFT payments as necessary to vendors
- Assist in providing documentation for charges to site locations during P&L reviews
- Complete all month-end tasks by deadline
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Great Plains knowledge a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Independent and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours/overtime
- Ability to multitask
Working Environment:
