Job purpose
Process, verify and reconcile accounts payable data in an organized and timely manner. Process payments (ACH, checks and credit card). Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Set up and maintain vendor files.
Essential Job Functions
- Reconcile account payable invoices
- Process checks to suppliers
- Set up new suppliers
- Entering invoices into system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic entry accounting in general ledger posting
- Accounting Certificate is a plus
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Drug Free
- Attention to detail
- Organization
