Accounts Payable - Bilingual - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. Your ability to communicate in both English and Spanish will be essential in collaborating with our diverse team and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all payments and invoices.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable or a related field, preferably in construction.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
