2+ years of related accounts payable or accounting experience.

Ability to use independent judgement to determine the accuracy and reasonableness of information.

Able to work under pressure and handle competing demands and still meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail with minimal clerical errors.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in written format.

Ability to work independently within a team environment, using own initiative and problem-solving skills.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 

Experience with high volume data entry.

Experience with Microsoft Great Plains or other high volume accounting software.

Above average Excel skills including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF functions.

A positive attitude exemplified by remaining engaged, proactive, and positive.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting up to 7 hours per day.

Standing, walking up to 1 hour per day

Frequently uses fingers / hands for typing, data entry, etc. Twisting and turning of hands occasionally.

Occasionally stoops, bends, kneels, climbs, and reaches above shoulder level.

Hearing as it relates to normal conversation.

“Seeing” as it relates to general ‘near’ and ‘far’ vision definitions, and prolong periods of looking at a computer screen
