About the Job
Position Summary – The AP Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to, timely payment to vendors, maintaining AP schedules, and monthly accruals for multi-location dealership.
- Excel skills essential
- Facilitate expeditious payment cycles by processing incoming email, forwarding to the appropriate approvers and providing follow up for all invoices due
- Reconcile, resolve discrepancies, and approve vendor invoices against vendor statements within payment terms
- Proper coding to location and department for 14 locations
- Maintain AP schedules by verifying and posting account transactions
- Validate vendor account tax forms to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Communicate with management on expense detail
- Protect organizations value by keeping all information confidential
- Perform all other duties as requested by Management
Qualifications
- ADVANCED Excel skills required
- Nvoicepay/Corpay expertise a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Thrive in a collaborative, team player environment
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Dealership knowledge preferred
