Our client has an active search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for their headquarter offices in Irvine! The opportunity is with an AmLaw200 firm that provides comprehensive legal services to a broad spectrum of domestic and international clients for government, financial services, intellectual property, corporate, employment law, tax, commercial, and real estate matters. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of accounting experience in a law firm setting. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule after an initial onboarding period.
Interested candidates should be technologically savvy and have a skillset for using advanced features within Excel. Candidates who have experience with Aderant and ChomeRiver are encouraged to apply. We are seeking detailed oriented AP specialists with exceptional interpersonal and solution oriented decision making skills, and an ability to effectively manage multiple projects and strict deadlines in a fast paced environment. - Oversee the complete cycle of weekly expense reimbursements and invoice processing through ChromeRiver and Aderant systems, ensuring timely and accurate
completion.
- Manage and execute payment transactions for freight vendors using the PS Ship platform, ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines.
- Process trust disbursement requests with precision, ensuring compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.
- Issue manual checks as required, maintaining accuracy and supporting financial integrity.
- Mange and update vendor W9 information, and oversee year-end processing of 1099 forms.
- Maintain and update vendor records for ACH payments.
- Assist in the monthly review of the General Ledger, contributing to the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
