Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you will do as the AP Coordinator:
- Enter invoice and purchase order data into MRI or Nexus
- Distribute invoices to property managers for review on a weekly basis
- Verify accuracy of invoices and compliance with prior approvals
- Resolve outstanding invoices
Requirements of the AP Coordinator:
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with standard concepts and practices in accounting
- Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume department
- Proficiency in MRI, a plus
Salary range: $60000-$70000, commiserate with experience
