Accounts Payable Coordinator

Associate Degree in Business or Accounting preferred, or the equivalent combination of training and experience which provides requisite knowledge, ability, and skills to perform the essential functions of the job is required.

Intermediate computer skills are required.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and specifically Microsoft Excel.

Minimum of three years of experience with accounting software, database management, and general office equipment are required.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Must be able to navigate various departments of a physical location.

Travel:

Travel may be required for administrative tasks.

Must have reliable transportation.

A valid drivers license and proof of insurance are required for all work-related travel.

Additional eligibility requirements:

Satisfactory clearance of a fingerprint-based, level II background screening and pre-employment substance abuse testing is required.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
