Title: Accounts Payable Lead
Location: North Houston (77060)

Accounts Payable Lead needed for a growing construction company located in North Houston!
Focus includes:
-Oversee the daily functions of the accounts payable department, ensuring invoices and payments are processed promptly and accurately.
-Lead the accounts payable team, focusing on training, development, and performance assessments.
-Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
-Monitor the accounts payable aging report to ensure timely resolution of outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
-Collaborate with vendors to address issues and foster positive relationships.
Targeting candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience in an AP position and 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Software savvy, Viewpoint experience is preferred.
-Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
- Natural people person, detail oriented, enjoys research, proactive in nature and solutions driven
- Offering $25/hr+ DOE
