Accounts Payable Manager at Vaco, LLC

About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 2 AP Specialists
- Compile, review, and prepare accounts payable documents for processing, including invoice batches
- Process invoices accurately and promptly, resolving any discrepancies
- Record vendor and expense account numbers for payments and handle vendor inquiries professionally
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and records following department policies
- Assist with integration onboarding, month-end accruals, and other assigned tasks while maintaining effective communication
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of AP Leadership experience, preferably 3-5 in high-volume environment
- Must understand end-to-end AP process
- Multi-site experience, in the healthcare industry, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Concur and Netsuite experience preferred

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
