A large Distributor is looking for a person to take care of accounts payable, accounts receivable, QuickBooks, invoicing, etc. The ideal candidate is a team player and does what is necessary for the business to thrive.

Requirements:
- 3+ years Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables
- MUST have 2+ years QuickBooks, including invoicing
- 1+ year experience in a small office
- Strong attention to detail
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Purchasing (office supplies)
- Assist with additional duties as needed
