They are seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join their team.
Essential Functions for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist:
- The Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist will process incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents for proper coding and approvals.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and files.
- Generate and send out invoices to clients or customers in a timely manner.
- Post payments to appropriate accounts.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and follow up on past due payments.
- Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on Accounts Receivable status for management review.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills.
- The Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist must possess the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented.
