Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee and manage our financial transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, as well as monitoring and managing the collections and payments process. HEAVY Accounts Payable experience a MUST have!

What you’ll do

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Generate financial reports and statements detailing accounts receivable and accounts payable status.
• Review and approve adjustments, refunds, etc., within established guidelines and policies.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• management.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and resolve issues.
• Will supervisor a staff of 5 direct reports

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting with 2- 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Experience with general accounting practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Strong interpersonal skills
