Compensation: $40,000- $50,000

Accounts Payable Representative

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Representative to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships through regular contact with the vendor's sales and accounts receivable representatives
• Dealing with problem resolution and negotiations with the vendor when billing/payment discrepancies
• Responsible for payment processing of all the company's liabilities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent  Required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 Years Accounting/Finance - Accounts Payable Required
• Healthcare experience preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 3-way matching experience within a software
• High volume of invoicing - 1,500-2,000 monthly
• Experience with Cloud suite, Lawson, JD Edwards, etc.
