Accounts Payable Specialist at KBW Financial

We are working with a successful company in Boston, MA who is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a contract role and part-time (25 hours/week) and is one day onsite per week.

Responsibilities:

• AP invoicing including 3-way matching
• Process PO and non-PO invoices 
• Ongoing vendor management
• Monitoring the AP inbox

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of AP experience 
• 3-way matching experience
• General ledger experience in relation to AP
• Ability to go onsite 1 day per week

Compensation Package: Up to $30/hour depending on experience
